Our crab necklace is realistic right down to the opening in the claws, eyes, pointed shell, and individual legs. Blue Crab is a type of crab found in southern waters. Also referred to as The Chesapeake blue crab or Atlantic blue crab. The image accurately shows the product as an all bronze item. There are no "blue" colors found on the crab. The crab measures 1.125 inches wide and .75 inch tall (not counting jump ring). This unique high polish oxidation finish is done by hand to bring out amazing contrast and detail. An additional process is used to help protect from future tarnish.
