The Certificate of Authenticity that came with your jewelry indicates that your piece is an authentic Nautora item and is crafted with the finest materials available. It has your limited lifetime warranty registration number printed on the back. Go to Register your Jewelry and register your piece so that in the unlikely event you have an issue or need a repair, we can more easily verify your purchase.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Your Nautora Jewelry item is guaranteed against manufacturers defect. Loss, normal wear, abuse and tarnish are not covered by the warranty. Worn jump rings and bales are considered normal wear.
Returns and Exchanges
Items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. We do not pay for return postage.
Please do not send jewelry in an envelope as loss or damage will occur – only use a secure, hard sided cardboard box.
